These terms apply to the Finance Calculator website at https://play1.grozi.net and the Finance Calculator Android app (together, the “Service”), operated by the operator of Finance Calculator. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. Not financial advice
The Service provides calculators for general information and planning. Results are estimates based on the values you enter and standard formulas. They are not an offer, a quotation, or financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Actual loan EMIs, deposit maturity values and investment returns depend on your lender’s or institution’s terms, fees, taxes, rounding and market conditions. Confirm figures with your bank or a qualified adviser before making decisions.
2. No guarantee of returns
Investment calculators, including SIP and compound interest, assume a constant rate of return. Market-linked investments can lose value, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Use of the Service
- You may use the Service for personal and internal business purposes.
- You must not misuse the Service: no attacks, scraping that disrupts it, or attempts to interfere with its security or with advertising, including generating invalid ad clicks or impressions in the App.
4. Advertising
The Android app displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Advertisers are responsible for their own ads, and we do not endorse advertised products. Our Privacy Policy explains the data involved.
5. Intellectual property
The Service’s design, text and code belong to the operator of Finance Calculator unless stated otherwise. You may share links to the Service and to your results.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on calculations or content in the Service, or from its unavailability.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
